Phil M. Donnelly

Phil Matthew Donnelly (March 16, 1891 – September 12, 1961) was a two-term Governor of Missouri. He was a Democrat. Donnelly was born in Lebanon, Missouri in 1891. He served in both the Missouri House of Representatives and the Missouri State Senate and as governor from 1945 to 1949, and again from 1953 to 1957. He is buried in the Lebanon, Missouri City Cemetery.
