Pike High School is a public high school in Indianapolis, Indiana in the United States, on the northwest side of the city. It serves students in grades 9-12 in the Metropolitan School District of Pike Township. The 2006-07 enrollment is 2,864. Pike High School is an International Baccalaureate school as of 2004.
