In addition to the Pink Panther, the series' characters are Pinky and his brother Panky, the members of the Rainbow Panthers club — romantic Chatta, athlete Rocko, sleepy Murfel, the grouchy old Liona, the tomboy Annie, and stuttering Punkin — and the evil Finko the Fang and his bumbling assistant Howl.
Pinky is a sophisticated young teenage panther. Out of the group, Pinky generally ends up getting in the most danger in situations, such as turning six inches tall in one episode, and is the one who comes up with most of the ideas of saving their "Hides". He is dating a young female named panther Chatta.
Panky is the youngest of the club and is the little brother of Pinky. His diaper is never tied correctly so he just holds it to where ever he goes. Since he is still a toddler, he is considered imataeable.
