Ploumagoar

Ploumagoar (Breton: Plouvagor) is a commune in the CĂ´tes-d'Armor department in Bretagne in northwestern France. Inhabitants of Ploumagoar are called Ploumagoariens. The municipality launched a linguistic plan through Ya d'ar brezhoneg on February the 11th of 2008.
