Postira is a municipality in Croatia in the Split-Dalmatia county. It has a population of 1,553 (2001 census), 97.5% of which are Croats. The village is on the northern coast of the island of Brač. In the port are the hotels Vrilo and Pastura. The main activities are fishing, agriculture, and tourism. Home products are olive oil and local wine.
