Her first film was in Malayalam which was called Mazhavillu. She made her Bollywood debut in 2000 with Mohabbatein. The film was a hit and started her film career. Her next hit was the comedy Awara Paagal Deewana. She has also acted in Punjabi films such as Sajna ve Sajna. She married actor Parvin Dabas on March 23rd, 2008. She lives in Bandra, Mumbai.
