At the start of the episode, the 4 housewives are reading the daily papers. Each woman is reading a different part, which gives a sense of diversity. However Susan scans the front page and sees something. She goes over to her calendar and see a post-it note on that days date. The note reads "Mary Alice's Dinner". She walks over to Lynettes house and there is a flash back. It shows Susan walking into Lynettes house for their weekly poker game. Mary-Alice says to the girls that she wants to host a dinner party, that the housewives and their husbands will be invited to. The girls all agree that it is a good idea and Mary-Alice is excited.When it returns to the present tense, she shows Lynnete the note. The girls soon gather to discuss it. They...
