Prince of Chu was a noble title in Han Dynasty. After Han Xin, King of Chu was demoted to a marquess in 201 BC, the kingdom of Chu was awarded by Emperor Gao of Han to his younger brother Jiao, Prince Yuan of Chu thus created the Princehood of Chu.
