Stern's first choices for the title were Mein Kampf and Penis (as he thought it would lead to the humorous headline "Howard Stern's Penis is a bestseller") both of which were refused by the publisher, although Mein Kampf would be used as the title of the book's fifth chapter regarding the beginning of Stern's career.
