Most of the county is a prohibition or dry county. The exceptions are a winery in northeastern Pulaski County (Sinking Valley Vineyards) that sells wine to the public, and the City of Burnside allows restaurants that seat over 100 patrons to serve alcoholic beverages by the drink.
