After a group of rebellious teenagers accidentally hit old witch Haggis on the highway and then indirectly cause her to be burned in her own cabin, they unknowingly revive Pumpkinhead (from a Pet Sematary-esque burial ground rather than the usual pumpkin patch graveyard like the other films) by pouring blood from one of Haggis' viles on his corpse and reciting lines from her spellbook. Although this time, Pumpkinhead is inhabited by the soul of a deformed orphan killed 30 years before rather than Ed Harley (this is probably due to the discrepancy in burial location). Pumpkinhead then goes on a bloody rampage after his childhood tormentors and the teenagers (because they hit/burned Haggis)....
