Radovan Karadžić (Serbian: Радован Караџић, pronounced [râdovaːn kâradʒitɕ]; born 19 June 1945) is a former Bosnian Serb politician. He is detained in the United Nations Detention Unit of Scheveningen, accused of war crimes committed against Bosnian Muslims and Bosnian Croats during the Siege of Sarajevo, as well as ordering the Srebrenica massacre.
