All that is known of Ramandu's Daughter's past is that she is the daughter of the retired star Ramandu and that she has lived most of her life on her father's island. When Caspian X's ship reaches Ramandu's Island, she greets him and tells him of the Three Sleepers on the island (who happen to be three of the Lords that Caspian is looking for). During his stay on Ramandu's Island, Caspian fall in love with her and promises to return for her when his mission is accomplished. They marry when Caspian returns, and she becomes Queen of Narnia.
Some years later, she gives birth to their son Rilian. In The Silver Chair she is killed by the Lady of the Green Kirtle in the form of a serpent. Rilian spends weeks trying to avenge his mother's death, but he falls under the spell of the Lady, who kidnaps him and removes him...
