Ray Slijngaard (born Raymond Lothar Slijngaard, June 28, 1971, Amsterdam) was a member of the original line-up of the Dutch techno-dance band, 2 Unlimited, along with vocalist Anita Doth, and producers, Jean-Paul De Coster and Phil Wilde.
