Ray Wise (born August 29 1947) is an American actor, known for his roles as Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks, as Leon Nash, right-hand henchmen to villain Clarence Boddicker in the sci-fi classic RoboCop, and most recently as the Devil in the CW television series Reaper.
Wise was born in Akron, Ohio and attended Kent State University in Kent, Ohio.
