Rebecca Ryan (born 27 April 1991) is an English actress from Manchester. She is best known as Debbie Gallagher in the Channel 4 series Shameless, Ryan has appeared in various television series, including State of Play, in which she played opposite her brother Charlie Ryan, Holby City and the CBBC show, Stupid!.

In 2007, she played the title character in the award-winning radio play Abigail Adams. She made her stage debut in Scarborough by Fiona Evans at London's Royal Court Theatre in 2008.
She also appeared on Celebrity Big Brother 2009 as part of a task and in a May 2009 episode of Casualty.
