Rebecca Welles (December 17, 1944 – October 17, 2004) was the daughter of director, writer, actor and producer Orson Welles and actress Rita Hayworth. She was the half sister of Yasmin Aga Khan on her mother's side, and Chris Welles Feder and Beatrice Welles-Smith on her father's side. She is buried in Tacoma, Washington.

Her second husband was Guy Manning. She was the mother of Marc Welles (aka Marc McKerrow), whom she gave up for adoption as an infant, but not of film and stage actress Gwen Welles, as is commonly supposed.
