The Red Rockers were a Punk Rock and New Wave band from New Orleans, Louisiana. They formed in 1979 as The Rat Finks and later renamed themselves after a song by The Dils. They are best known for their 1983 hit single "China". They toured the United States opening for The Cars, Men at Work, U2, Joan Jett, The Go-Go's.
