Regina Peruggi

Regina S. Peruggi (born c. 1947) is an American educator, who is the President of Kingsborough Community College, the first woman to hold that position in the college’s 40-year history. She is also known as the first wife of Rudy Giuliani, who would subsequently become Mayor of New York and a U.S. presidential candidate.
