Reginald Cuthbert Mills (15 September 1912 - 1990) was an English film editor. He graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in modern languages in 1934. He spent World War II serving in the Royal Artillery, and was stationed in an AA battery on the Thames Estuary throughout the whole of the London Blitz.
