Dr. Richard Ian (Ric) Charlesworth AM (born December 6, 1952) is a sports and performance consultant and a former Australian cricketer and field hockey player and coach. Born in Subiaco, Western Australia, he is a medical doctor.
Charlesworth attended Christ Church Grammar School until he graduated in 1969. He then attended The University of Western Australia.
