Richard Jonckheere (born January 20, 1963 in Brussels, Belgium), aka Richard 23 or Richard JK, is an Industrial and EBM musician. He is a member of Front 242 and was a founding member of Revolting Cocks (which he left in 1986), Holy Gang and LaTchak project. Richard Jonckheere is a strong supporter of ecological causes.
