Roger A. "Rocky" McIntosh (born November 15, 1982 in Gaffney, South Carolina) is a current American football linebacker for the Washington Redskins. He was drafted as the 35th overall pick in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft. McIntosh played college football at Miami.

As a junior in 2004, McIntosh returned to the Miami starting lineup and played in 10 games, making nine starts at both strongside (six) and middle linebacker (three). He made 111 tackles (37 solo), including 13 tackles for a loss, eight QB pressures, four sacks, one forced fumble and three pass breakups. For his efforts he was voted honorable mention All-ACC.
