Ron Masak (born July 1, 1936) is an American actor. He began on stage and much of his work is in theater. His first screen role was in an episode of The Twilight Zone in 1960. He is perhaps best known for a recurring role on Murder, She Wrote as Sheriff Mort Metzger, although he did make two other appearances in "Footnote to Murder" as Lt.
