Stu Pickles has created the Play Palace3000, which is a huge toy made out of zones, for example there is a jungle zone and a snow zone, that expands out of a small metal cylinder. However he has to leave to get elastic bands, and leaves Grandpa to watch the kids, and when he falls asleep Angelica enters the Play Palace with some of the rugrats possessions like Kimi's Superthing and Phil & Lil's worms. She challenges the rugrats to come and get their toys back. and then the games starts. You have to make your way through the Play Palace collecting Batterys to move on to the next level, to get back to angelica to get the toys back.
Later on the game, when you aim to get to Angelica's fictional castle and beat her, she slides down the slide and falls in a big land of mud, and she tells the babies, that they won just by luck.
