Rui Fernando da Silva Calapez Bento (born 14 January, 1972 in Silves) is a former Portuguese footballer and a current coach.

After three years at Sporting Clube de Portugal, battling with namesake Paulo Bento for first-choice status, Bento retired from playing in 2004–05, accumulating player/manager duties at lowly Académico de Viseu. In 2008, already as a fulltime coach, he returned to Boavista, with the side now in the second division, as the club suffered a second consecutive relegation.
