Ruslán Elá (born 7 November 1983 in Las Palmas, Spain) is a naturalized Equatoguinean football defender, who currently is unattached.
Ruslan Ela played for the Equatoguinean national team.
He's brother of Jacinto Ela. As of 2009 he works at Admissions Test de Nivell.
