Ryan Diem (born July 1, 1979) is a starting offensive tackle for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. Ryan Diem stands 6'6" tall (198 cm) and weighs 320 pounds (145 kg). He played college football at Northern Illinois University and was a third team All American his senior year.
Ryan is also a co-owner of Modern Muscle in Oswego, IL. Diem and his wife, Julie, reside in Indianapolis.
