She established Youth Cable Television in 1995 with the help of Greg Dyke. The charity trains disadvantaged youth to work in television production. Formerly she worked as PA for David Stirling, the founder of the SAS.
Her twin sister Miranda is married to Keith Payne, the designer of rock concert special effects. Her brother Hugo Guinness is a New York-based artist and model.
