Geronimo's first performance on stage was a mall show at two years old. Sarah sang "Pasko Na Naman" with Pinky Marquez and Richard Reynoso. She was part of a children's show, Pen-pen de Sarapen, from 1992 through 1994, Ang TV from 1995 through 1996, and NEXT from 1996 through 1997. Geronimo was also one of the performers during the 1995 visit of Pope John Paul II.
