Sarah Lincoln Grigsby (February 10, 1807 - January 20, 1828) Sarah Lincoln Grigsby was born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky to Thomas Lincoln and Nancy Lincoln on February 10, 1807. She was the older sister of future president Abraham Lincoln. When Lincoln's mother died in 1818, Sarah was in charge of taking care of the house while Thomas went off to look for a wife.
