Satoru Shibata was the former president of Nintendo Australia and is now the president of Nintendo of Europe. When Shigeru Ota left Nintendo Europe, Shibata was named his successor in August 2000.
He has appeared at the Nintendo Show, the DS event in Paris and Nintendo-Europe Wii Event in September 2006 and played Wii Tennis with Tim Henman and Greg Rusedski, however not much is known about Shibata.
