Sauli Lehtonen

Sauli Tapani Lehtonen (10 April 1975, Jyväskylä, Finland – 9 September 1995, Sipoo, Finland) was a Finnish tango singer. In 1994, he was crowned the tenth Tango King when he won a Finnish tango competition Tangomarkkinat. He was killed in 1995 when the car which was driven by his father hit a moose. Lehtonen was well known for his way to keep his eyes closed when he was singing.
