Scott Innes (b. October 30, 1966 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri) is an American author, songwriter, and voice actor.

He also has voiced Professor Pat Pending in Wacky Races Starring Dastardly and Muttley, a PlayStation 2 video game based on the cartoon, and Argo on the TV show Megas XLR. His son, Josh Innes, is the host of a sports talk radio show in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
He wrote the song "Handprints On The Wall" which was recoreded by Kenny Rogers. The song went on to place in the Top 40.
