Scott "Flip" Phillips (born Thomas Scott Phillips, February 22, 1973, Valdosta, Georgia) is the drummer for the bands Alter Bridge and the newly reformed Creed.

Phillips started out playing in a band called Crosscut at 18 . In 2004, he joined Alter Bridge with fellow then-former Creed members bassist Brian Marshall and lead guitarist Mark Tremonti. He is a self-taught drummer, starting at age 18, and has also played the piano, keyboards, and saxophone. On Creed's 2001 album Weathered, Phillips is credited with playing drums and keyboards. On September 25, 2009, Phillips and the other members of Creed broke the world record for the most amount of cameras used to capture a live music event on film (239 cameras in total) while filming their upcoming live DVD which will be released on November 9.
He now lives in Central Florida with his wife April, and their daughter, Cadence.
