Sean William Green (born April 20, 1979, in Louisville, Kentucky) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher for the New York Mets.

Following his senior season at Louisville Male High School, Sean was selected by Toronto Blue Jays in 32nd round (959th overall) of the 1997 Major League Baseball Draft, but elected to attend the University of Louisville instead. He played baseball for the Louisville Cardinals from 1998 to 2000. He was drafted in the 12th round of the 2000 Major League Baseball Draft by the Colorado Rockies after his junior season at Louisville.
