Selo Soemardjan (May 23, 1915 Yogyakarta - June 11, 2003 Jakarta), also spelled as Selo Sumarjan or Selo Sumardjan. He was well known as a senior academic in sociology at Universitas Indonesia, and is known as the Pioneer of Indonesian Social Sciences.
