The Sega Genesis version of Shaq Fu had 5 more characters than the Super NES version, reducing the length of the SNES story mode. Diesel, Colonel, Nezu, Auroch, and Leotsu were the Sega Genesis exclusives. Nezu was in the Super NES version but not as a playable character and was only seen in Story Mode.
