Ben Carpenter (John Barrowman) and his co-worker Esai skip out on work with him to go scuba diving for lobster. During his dive, Ben pries a large tooth out of an underwater fiber optic cable. Two divers from the company confront him and they surface. They chastise him for being near the cable, and he tells them about the tooth. Later, Ben tries to identify the shark from the tooth, emailing a picture of it to a research center. That night, Cat Stone (Jennifer McShane) views the photo and quickly heads to Mexico.
