Shigefumi Hino (日野 重文 Hino Shigefumi, born in 1963) is a graphics designer, game director, and planner from Nintendo EAD. He is known to be behind Yoshi from the Yoshi franchise. Super Mario World is the first game he worked on. Hino is the director of the Pikmin series alongside Masamichi Abe.
