Fraser was involved in an interception against the Pittsburgh Steelers on 2006-11-19 when he hit quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, knocking him down away from the play, and hit him again when Roethlisberger got up from the ground. He was controversially flagged for roughing the passer. The personal foul for roughing put the Browns at the Steelers 44 rather than inside the 5 yardline, and the Browns did not score from that position. The final score of the game was a Steelers win, 24-20.
