"Simon Said" is episode five of the second season of the television series Supernatural. It deals with telepathy and mind control. Sam Winchester has a vision where a man named Dr. Jennings murders the manager of a sporting goods store and commits suicide after receiving a mysterious cell phone call. Sam and his brother Dean Winchester visit Ash, who fails to uncover anything about the vision until Sam suggests he cross-reference the town with house fires from 1983. Their search leads them to Andrew "Andy" Gallagher, who lives in a van. When Andy meets Dr. Jennings on the street and then makes a call on his cell phone, the brothers assume that he is behind the killing. Sam manages to prevent Dr. Jennings from entering the sporting goods store by pulling a fire alarm, but, after receiving a second phone call, Dr. Jennings steps in front of a bus instead.
