Louisa 'Lou' is a woman in her thirties, whose parents about to get a divorce. She is happy they are finally doing what they always wanted to, but there is one problem: They rely on her too much. Her father wants her as his surrogate parent and her mother thinks of Lou as her shrink. Frustrated, Lou asks the universe for three favors: The perfect wife for her dad, a best friend for her mom and the perfect boyfriend for herself.
