Xinying City (traditional Chinese: 新營市; pinyin: Xinying Shi; Wade-Giles: Hsin-ying Shih) is the capital of Tainan County in Taiwan. Sugar production was the most important industry in Xinying.
Xinying is served by No. 1 Freeway (國道一號) and the Western Line Railroad (臺鐵西部幹線).
