A local don named Pallaku Pandi (Booby) is arrested by the Chennai police. Thus, the mafia group of Pallaku Pandi creates havoc in T Nagar, Chennai. They close the shutter of a shop named Sivakasi welding works. Later on, Sivakasi (Vijay), the welder, welds his own shop by breaking down the shutter and comes out. Then, he beats up the Pallaku pandi gang. After getting released from the jail , Pallaku Pandu comes and finds the person who bashed his gang members.
