Soldotna High School is a public high school serving grades 9-12 in Soldotna, Alaska. The school's main goal is to prepare students for college and career paths. The school colors are silver and navy blue and the mascot is a star. Approximately 500 students are currently enrolled. The school operates under the authority of the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District. The current principal is Todd Syverson and the vice principal is Tony Graham. In 2006 the school won its first small school football state championship over Kodiak. In 2007, they defended the championship once again against Kodiak, the first time in the Soldotna's 27-year history to go undefeated against all opposing high schools. The Soldotna High School soccer team also took 4th place in Alaska's all-schools' division, the second-highest finish ever by a Kenai Peninsula high school.
