Capitalist Colin Matthews (Paul Reynolds) is followed around by a strange young girl called Cindy Watkins (Natasha Knight). She tells dim-witted school bully Malcolm Bullivant (Sean Gascoine) that Colin is her brother and has challenged him to a fight.
