St. Anthony Trust of Rhode Island, Inc. (SATRI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation chartered in Rhode Island. Its self-described mission is “to support literary, artistic, and academic projects, primarily through support for such projects at the Kappa Chapter of the St. Anthony Hall fraternity at Brown University.” SATRI also serves as the alumni organization for the Kappa chapter of St. A.’s. It is a membership corporation, with new members elected at its annual meeting. A board of trustees, including one undergraduate member from the Kappa chapter, administers the corporation between the annual meetings. SATRI was informally founded in 1983, contemporaneously with the re-founding of the Kappa chapter; it was incorporated in 1991.
