The Stanford University School of Education (SUSE), is one of the seven schools of Stanford University. It is the second-oldest school of education in the United States, after NYU. The School of Education was founded in 1891 as the Department of the History and Art of Education, and was one of the original twenty-one departments at the newly incorporated Stanford University.
