Stélvio Rosa da Cruz (born 24 January 1989 in Luanda), simply Stélvio, is a Portuguese-Angolan footballer who plays for Clube Recreativo da Caála as a defensive midfielder.
A product of Sporting de Braga's youth academy, Stélvio made his Portuguese first division debuts on 11 November 2007, playing 90 minutes in a 3–0 home win against Sporting Clube de Portugal.
